Important Ordering Information (Please Read Carefully)

• The email used on this order must match the parent/guardian email on your player’s Sports Connect registration for approval.

• Parents may only order jerseys for their own registered player(s). Orders for other players will not be accepted.

• Families with multiple registered players must:

  • Complete a separate player section and order form for each player, and

  • Ensure the number of jerseys and sizes entered exactly match the quantity ordered for that player.

• Incomplete or mismatched orders will not be processed.

• Jerseys are exact replicas of the official player jersey.

• No changes, customizations, returns, or exchanges are available.

• Once your order is confirmed, an invoice will be sent via QuickBooks.

• Payment must be completed online immediately.

• Unpaid invoices will not be followed up on and will result in the order not being placed.
